Jumping Castle Hire - Delivery & Self Collection Options

We offer flexible delivery and self-collection options to suit your needs. Here's everything you need to know about booking your jumping castle with us.

Self Collection:

If you prefer to collect the jumping castle yourself, we make it easy with our set-up manual. Upon booking your castle for the day of your event, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the collection address and arrange a suitable time for collection. The castle + components will fit in any size care provided you have allowed space for: 1x castle bag, 1x storage container (balls), 1x tub (containing power cords + blower), 16x thin, interconnecting foam mats.

  • Collection: You are entitled to collect the castle one day prior to your event OR on the day of your event.
  • Return: The castle should be returned on the day of your event OR one day after your event.
  • Communication: Once you’re contacted by us, please confirm the exact collection and return times via email or phone.

Delivery Option:

For those who prefer the convenience of delivery, we offer a delivery service for an additional $75 on top of the hire cost of $300. Delivery includes both set-up and pack-down services, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

  • Set-up & Pack-down Hours: These services are provided between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you require the castle to be set up or packed down outside of these hours, an additional fee of $50 will apply, and this must be paid in advance of the event.

  • Delivery Area: We offer delivery to select suburbs only. These include:
